Video Production Just Got Easier!

It's been about a year since we launched our new website, which we completely rebuilt from the ground up. We're pretty pleased with it, and even happier with how it's developed over the past year. But this week marks the biggest updates and developments since the launch.

We're excited to announce the launch of our new filming job management system, which gives customers direct access to our filming job management software. Through our free MyAccount software, clients can now see everything we're doing and planning for their video production.

This new system allows clients to see the job summary, provide details of their requirements, view and add people to the crew member list, add and view required shots, edit scripts, view scheduled dates, and even sign paperwork online. For businesses with specific marketing plans for their video, this software also enables them to provide us with a clear understanding of their requirements and marketing plans. This provides us with everything we need to understand our clients' needs and their intended use for the video.

We've spent a lot of time developing this system, drawing on our experience working with clients on filming projects. Our goal is to make the work flow smoother and provide the best customer experience possible. While most media production companies use paper-based systems or communicate via email, we believe our new software makes it easier to manage changes and ensure the client has signed off on the latest version of the plan.

Some companies might use third-party software, but we don't. We build all our software in-house, which means we don't share clients' information or marketing plans with anyone else. The online software is stored on our own server and not on a shared hosting platform.
