Coronavirus Outbreak Delays Launch of the New MyAccount Service

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we are delaying the rollout of our new MyAccount service.

To prevent any potential disruption to our service, and allowing our customers to focus on more pressing issues they may be experiencing due to COVID-19, Rebel Boy Media has temporarily suspended the launch of the new MyAccount Service.

At present, Rebel Boy Media is not experiencing any difficulties in migrating customers to the new platform, however, it does require action from our customers.

Due to the exceptional circumstances, Rebel Boy Media has decided to suspend this launch to allow our customers to focus their efforts on their business during this difficult time.

We will continue to work on our new platform and look at ways we can reduce any admin on the part of the client.

We will be posting further updates in our news feed, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.

UPDATE: Our new MyAccount service is now live and all customers have been transferred successfully.
