TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Credit Policy

We kindly request you read these terms and conditions carefully and retain a copy for future reference.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any of our services or open an account with us.

This agreement is between:

Rebel Boy Media UK Limited, registered in England and Wales at 1 Forge Cottage | Stibb Cross | Torrington | Devon | EX38 8LH, under Registration Number 12417788 (hereafter referred to as 'we', 'us', 'our', 'Rebel Boy Media', 'Rebel Boy Media UK Limited', or similar)

And

You, the Customer (hereafter referred to as 'you', 'the customer', or 'the client', or similar).

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

You can accept this policy by:

- Registering online at https://www.rebelboymedia.com and clicking “I accept” or similar when joining and signing up online
- Signing an Order for our services
- Verbally confirming your acceptance of this agreement via telephone
- Signing this document
- By actually using the services we provide. In this case, you understand and agree that Rebel Boy Media UK Limited will treat your use of our services as acceptance of these terms and conditions from that point onwards.

You may not use our services or agree to these terms and conditions if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Rebel Boy Media UK Limited.

CREDIT OFFERINGS

We offer credit to:

- Clients who place large or frequent orders
- Long-standing clients with a relationship of over 6 months
- Clients with an established payment history
- Clients with no late payments in 6+ months

Please note that we reserve the right to perform credit checks at any time during our business relationship.

CREDIT LIMIT MODIFICATIONS

Credit limits may be reduced or revoked if:

- Payments are late more than once in any 6-month period
- We suspect the customer is experiencing credit problems
- The customer has a poor credit rating
- It is no longer financially feasible for us to offer the facility

We also reserve the right to reduce or revoke a credit facility at our sole discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer the following payment terms:

- Payment in Advance (Default)
- 5 Days
- 10 Days
- 30 Days

LATE PAYMENTS AND OVERDUE INVOICES

Late payments may result in:

- A £10 Administration fee for each invoice 5 days overdue
- Reduction or cancellation of credit facility
- Closure of your account
- Interest being charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act 1998 at a - rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- Transference of your account to an external debt collection agency

EXCEEDING YOUR CREDIT LIMIT

As an account holder, you always agree to stay within your credit limit. If this limit is exceeded, you agree to make an immediate payment by credit/debit card. You authorise us to collect this payment using your default registered payment method on your account.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We offer a range of products and services, and refunds and cancellations are handled differently depending on the specific product or service provided. If a refund is offered, payment will be reversed to the original payment method or a credit on account will be offered within 30 days.

RETURNED AND DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment on your account is declined, we may charge a £10 administration fee plus any banking costs we incur.

DEPOSITS

Where a job requires a deposit, there is a minimum deposit value of £250 or 75%, whichever is greater. Deposits are non-refundable. Please see the specific terms and conditions for the product or service ordered.

CHANGES TO OUR CREDIT POLICY

We may update our credit policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes in writing, by either email or letter, at least 30 days in advance.

CONTACT INFORMATION

We will use the information you provide to keep you informed of your account status, including sending invoices and payment reminders. We adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines and other applicable data protection laws.

CALL RECORDING

All calls made to and by Rebel Boy Media UK Limited are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Where agreements are made by phone, we will store a copy of recorded calls as part of any contract.
