MyAccount Upgrades Due to be Rolled Out

Further updates and improvements to our online MyAccount system are to be rolled out over the next couple of weeks as part of a major update to our website.
Some of these updates include: new mobile navigation, a new cleaner look, and some major backend updates.
Since its launch earlier this year, many new updates have been uploaded to our online software and we continue to improve it, giving our customers the best possible service and as much control over their account and services as possible.
Feedback from customers so far has been positive. We have not experienced any issues and it has been a great success.
One area of concern was from our less technically-minded clients. However, our new system has been built in-house and designed in way that allows anyone to use it with easy. We have had great feedback and customers are taking to the new system extremely well.
If you are a registered client and would like to provide us with any feedback, you can do so through our MyAccount service. Simply log in to your account, select 'New Support Ticket' and select 'Feedback' from the dropdown menu on the new ticket.
All feedback is read, and improvements and suggestions will be implemented where possible. We also respond to every suggestion submitted.
