Improved MyAccount System to be Rolled Out on Our Website

We are pleased to announce that we will be introducing further updates and improvements to our online MyAccount system over the next few weeks, as part of a major update to our website. These updates will include a new mobile navigation, a cleaner look, and some significant backend updates.

Our online software has undergone many updates since its launch earlier this year, and we will continue to improve it, to give our customers the best possible service and as much control over their account and services as possible.

We have received positive feedback from our customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the system. Our new system has been built in-house and designed in a way that makes it easy to use for anyone, even those who are not technically-minded.

If you are a registered client and would like to provide us with any feedback, you can do so through our MyAccount service. Simply log in to your account, select 'New Support Ticket' and choose 'Feedback' from the dropdown menu on the new ticket. We value all feedback and suggestions and will implement them where possible, as well as responding to every suggestion submitted.
